Please name the game and describe what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the device or browser you were using. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private information.

Purchase and credit support

For a missing or duplicate purchase, include the Spite Games account email, approximate purchase time, credit package, and Stripe receipt or order identifier. Never send your password or complete payment-card number. Ledger corrections are recorded as new entries rather than silently changing history.

Account and privacy requests

For account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, write from the address associated with the account when possible. We may need to verify that you control the account before disclosing or changing account information.

Business and advertising

Use the same address for partnership, licensing, sister-site embedding, and advertising inquiries. Include a concise subject line so the message reaches the right review.
