This policy explains how Pacifica Software handles information when you use Spite Games. Last updated August 25, 2026.

Information we process

Guest play can use local browser storage for preferences, progress, and demo credits. When you create or use an account, Firebase Authentication processes your email address, sign-in provider, account identifier, and verification status. We store game progress, public handles, results, leaderboards, entitlements, Spite Credit balances, and an immutable credit transaction history needed to operate the service.

Our systems also receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, security signals, and error records. We use this information to deliver pages, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.

Payments

Stripe processes web purchases. Spite Games receives payment status, order identifiers, purchased package details, and limited billing information required for support, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and credit delivery. Spite Games does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Advertising, cookies, and similar technologies

Top-level pages may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, measure, personalize, and protect advertising. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Where required, a consent message provides advertising privacy choices. Essential storage needed for security, accounts, purchases, and game saves is separate from optional advertising storage. Embedded games do not load AdSense.

Infrastructure and service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, content delivery, databases, object storage, and operational logs. Firebase provides account authentication, Stripe provides payment processing, and Google may provide advertising. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments while supporting our service.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain account, purchase, security, and ledger records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may use guest play without an account. Browser controls can remove local game data and manage cookies. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible account information.

Children

Spite Games is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can review it.
