These terms govern use of Spite Games. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Last updated August 25, 2026.

Accounts and fair play

You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe the account has been compromised. Do not cheat, automate human-rated play, exploit vulnerabilities, harass other players, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s account.

Some games allow guest play. Guest progress or demo resources stored in a browser may be lost when storage is cleared and are not guaranteed to transfer to an account.

Spite Credits and digital items

Spite Credits are a limited, revocable license to access eligible digital features on Spite Games. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred unless we explicitly provide that feature. Prices, available actions, and rewards may change. The current server-confirmed price is shown before an eligible charge. Confirmed refunds may reverse associated credits and can result in a negative balance that blocks spending until resolved.

Purchases

Web purchases are processed by Stripe and are subject to the price and package shown at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly offered, consumed digital items and delivered credits are non-refundable. Contact us if a purchase was duplicated or credits were not delivered. Native mobile applications may use a platform’s required purchase system and may have additional store terms.

Our content

The games, artwork, writing, software, brands, and other materials on Spite Games are owned by or licensed to Pacifica Software. You may use them only through the service for personal, non-commercial play unless we grant written permission. Do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute protected game content except as applicable law permits.

User conduct and enforcement

Do not upload malicious material, probe private systems, evade limits, manipulate rewards or purchases, or use the service in a way that harms other players. We may investigate suspected abuse, reverse fraudulent transactions or rewards, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the service, or respond to operational needs. Games and pricing can evolve over time. We will not deliberately remove a completed purchase entitlement without a valid operational, legal, refund, or abuse-prevention reason.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
